Plan Changes, Upgrades & Downgrades

Upgrading to a higher-priced subscription tier or plan takes effect immediately upon purchase, and the full price for that tier is charged at that time; where an active annual subscription is upgraded, any unused portion of the current term is credited pro rata against the new tier.

Downgrading to a lower-priced tier, or changing the billing cycle (monthly/annual) without changing tier, does not take effect until the end of the then-current, already-paid billing period; the existing tier, limits, and price remain in force until that date, after which the change applies automatically and is reflected in the next invoice.

A scheduled downgrade or billing-cycle change may be cancelled at any time before its effective date via the customer's account dashboard. No partial refunds are issued for unused time remaining in a paid billing period, except where an immediate tier upgrade expressly grants a pro-rata credit as described above.
